GrowthPulse is a trading name operated by Web Marketing Media Ltd, which is the company responsible for your personal information (the "data controller"). In this policy, "GrowthPulse", "we", "us" and "our" mean Web Marketing Media Ltd.
GrowthPulse is run as a joint venture with our partner Scierka-Lang Media Solutions, LLC, of 251 Main St., Old Saybrook, Connecticut 06475, United States. Section 6 explains what our partner can see.
This policy covers growthpulse.io and the pages, forms, booking calendars and messages connected to it. It applies to visitors, people who enquire, and customers.
We collect only what we need to answer enquiries, run demos and audits, and provide the GrowthPulse service.

| You contact us by text, call, email or chat | The content of the message, and call details such as time and duration |
| You become a customer | Billing name and address, plan and payment history. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers |
| You browse the site | IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the page that referred you, collected through cookies (see section 5) |
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health details, and we ask you not to send it to us.
UK data protection law requires us to have a lawful reason for each use. These are ours.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
We contact you by text, phone or email only about things you asked for, unless you have agreed to marketing.
Our site uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. Some are essential and the rest are optional.
If you reject cookies in the banner, non-essential cookies will not load. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for growthpulse.io in your browser, which brings the banner back, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.
We share your information only with the organisations that help us run GrowthPulse, and only as far as they need it.
